Unhappy My father is going to kill me [URGENT]

hi guys i hope you are doing fine ..

my father's HTC one is screwed up

simply I opened the boot loader and flashed CWM recovery

the problem is the root didn't install perfectly and I had to wipe the whole phone witch affected the stock rom :/

I had to flash a custom ROM without doing any s-off/on

The new ROM is installed perfectly but root is not working at all!!!

I now can't go back to stock OR get the phone rooted :/

What do I do, it's not my phone
Device: Samsung Galaxy SII (I9100)
ROM: JεℓℓySℵα℘ v7.0
Kernel: Apolo v4.13 Regular

You should ask your father's forgiveness. =)

Check My post here: See if that's helpful. After you do all of that, you can then download of recovery.img of choice and put the phone in fastboot usb mode and flash the recovery. I personally like TWRP. (After you install it, it will go into recovery and when you reboot the system it will automatically install root for you.). Hope this helps.
