Thanks very much for this module; it's a cool cosmetic tweak. But I was wondering: any way to make it play nice with KitKat Toast Backport
? That module reshapes the toast background on pre-4.4 devices, giving it rounded edges and de-saturating/lightening it's color slightly. I'm assuming it has something to do with some sort of padding? Or perhaps the inserted icon on your module needs to be a square and requires that specific background color so it rejects the KitKat-style rounded edges & shading? (I really have no idea how these things work, obviously.)
I tried in un- and re-installing that tweak after loading Burnt Toast, just in case install order somehow determines some sort of priority within Xposed (I assume that doesn't matter but, not being a developer, all I can do is apply code-ignorant (so, basically, 'superstitious') solutions on my own). Needless to say, that notion was fruitless.
Any feedback you have would be appreciated. Thanks!
I'm the dev of both modules, and I made this, I had that module activated.
Regardless, both modules are compatible with one another since this one adds to an existing toast, no matter what was replaced.
Try toggling both modules on and off in Xposed, you may have rebooted too quickly before Xposed Installer updated its list.
If that doesn't work, a logcat filtered for the word "Xposed" would help find out what's going wrong.
