Default I have messed my phone up

Hi Guys

I hoping if someone could please help me, I have a HTC one which I have attempted to flash a custom firmware after rooting it. Everything was going well until the update crashed and now I cannot do anything with it, It is now S-On and on HBOOT 1.55.

I can fastboot into it and this is the info regarding the phone

If you can get into TWRP/CWM, then you can sideload a ROM to the phone. Tell me whether your recovery is working. Then ill tell you how to sideload

Thanks for the reply, I managed to use the guru reset and worked a treat!!
