if you extract the drivers, you can get a readme.txt file which gives rough steps to compile for aosp 4.0

from what i have heard, theres a cyanogen team, cmbroadcom? , that has started porting the drivers to the samsung y? or something of that nature which is a different broadcom chip but it still means theres progress.

Team broadcomcm already ported these drivers to
Galaxy y , Galaxy Ace i, Galaxy min i etc most broadcom devices

but colors are Not displayed properly yet

but atleast we got it to work and bootable builds
