There are a few ways to go about it.
1(I don't recommend this). Get a file explorer with root access, I recommend FX File explorer, you'll also need to download the fx root access. With FX go to system/apps and delete the apks for all the programs you want to remove. Then restart your phone and all the bloatware apps should be gone.
I very highly recommend using these other methods and I'll explain why later.
2. Use a root file explorer like the one listed in step 1 (FX) navigate to system/apps and rename all the apps to have .bak at the end (example application.apk.bak). Then restart your phone and the bloatware apps should be gone.
3 (recommended) download Rom Toolbox (free version of you like) and use the app manager in Rom Toolbox to freeze all the apps you don't want. This will leave them in place but disable them as if they weren't there.
Search for a list of Samsung apps which are safe to remove. If I find one soon I'll post it.
I HIGHLY recommend step 2 or 3 because you have the ability to revert back to stock of you need to in order to replace the phone on insurance or warranty. If you use step one the apps are gone and getting them back may be incredibly difficult.
