Has some issues...I would advise NOT taking the update....heres one issue thats pretty big if your like me and like to take pics and use the editing features...all of the photo editing features are broken

Some folks have it some do not...I didnt make the video up...lol...its been confirmed by htc and there should be an update pushed soon to fix the bug...

Mine doesn't have the update yet ? I just checked still says no new updates :/ Can I download it to my pc and flash it via computer ?

You'd have to download the ota package to the root of storage, then install via stock recovery,not via computer or custom recovery

Manually set your phones clock ahead one year and try the update. This has worked for some.
