Default Help me restore my phone when everything I've tried failed.

I accidentally my whole phone, a LB, LT26i.

What I did was this: boot to recovery, advanced wipe, tick system, data, cache, dalvik AND internal storage. Ooops. Now my phone has no OS installed, no recovery, flashtool won't recognize drivers (maybe due to running windows 8.1?) Sony PC companion says there is no software for my phone I try to repair, Sony Update Service doesn't list the xperia s.

Is there anything I can try to make the damn thing boot? It just hangs on the SONY logo for ever

Having this exact issue again, only that this time, on a windows 7 machine Flashtool can't flash the stock ftf, Sony PC Companion can't repair.

This is what Flashtool says when I plug the phone in flashmode.

This time I have a nandroid backup but I can't boot the device to either recovery or system, so only if I could, I could restore the backup.

Any tips?

Guys,
Can you get your phones into fastboot ?

If so then fastboot flash recovery and install either your nandroid or any other ROM.
