What settings are you running for Furnace/stock? On default Furnace I got some lag, but after some governor tweaks I'm getting very smooth performance. I only have lag when an animation transition involves the Google Now Launcher. If I hit home there's some slight frame drops, when I exit the app drawer, etc.

The only bug I found is that my signal will "grey out" for a few seconds and then reconnect. My time without a signal is 1% because of this. That being said, this happened on Optimus too, but the only link between them is Furnace kernel. I don't see how the kernel would affect my signal.

Either way, it's awesome. I've never had a ROM that allowed me to customize the freaking progress bar for God's sake. :good:

Lol the signal thing is when it is switching modes afaik. As for the governor, I use on-demand as that is the one that I have found to be the best. I had to change when I tried furnace the other day.

Glad to hear you like it though

did you flash another kernel? cause i havent flashed this build cause i had no need too.

maybe a clean flash would be in order too if you didnt already

I clean flashed and an using the stock kernel, I believe it was sync that was causing the lag.. Anyways what's everyone's stock kernel settings, in using trickster mod.. Any recommendations on a better app?

Is knock on not working for anyone?

Sent from my LG-LS980 using xda app-developers app

That's the only issue I've noticed so far, the included double tap to wake setting doesn't work after a reboot. You have to go back into Display and reset it, then it works.

Other than that, the ROM has been great, great work!

Trying out this ROM, some suggestions, not demands :D

PAC Pellets:
Status Bar > Network Traffic : Adding an option to always have it on without hiding it would be welcomed.
Display & Lights > Animations : Not sure if it's just me, but the listview Animations are not working, might be because the anim speed is too fast (there isn't a slider for it).

Liking the ROM so far, will report back.

Seems to be a lot of confusion so I'll clear things up..

ZV7->ZV8->ZVA is how the ota history goes, with ZVB on the way.

If you're on stock ZVA, your aboot (bootloader) may not be downgraded, in that case, use FreeGee from Play Store to install a recovery, it will automatically downgrade your aboot.

if you have the ZVA Radio, just flash furnace or dr87's kernel after you flash an AOSP ROM, all done. :good:

I found this out just now. Furnace Kernel is broken on this ROM since 3/04. According to the Furnace thread, it's some CM commit in PACROM that breaks Furnace compatibility, causing a permanent Phone FC on boot. In other news, they fixed Non-Intrusive Call UI, it'll be there in the next nightly. :D

    Fixed
