The Hal_Max one will change your s-pen hover icon to a red dot and magnify over files as a mini Hal icon and the text entry icon will be red.......other than that nothing official.....I did (for my personal use) grab some note 3 themes and resize them to fit on my device...but won't be posting those...but recommend you play around with systemui.apk, JobManager.apk and really any other files you'd like to theme.
Here's the link to the note 3 theme....I downloaded theme noted files in zip and opened my note 2 version of the files, compared image sizes and adjusted the files I wanted themed to the note 2 size with an image editor, repacked into the appropriate apk's and copied them into place with root explorer....somehow I missed the network restriction icon somehow as you can see in pics....just play around with files and experiment. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2517809

Hey....sorry but I don't use hangout etc....but to do these edits you just need 7zip no apk tools needed for these simple mods....recheck post 3 and try packing one of these air command themes into your framework res...once you do that I think you'll understand the process better
This is just a partial theme....I will not be taking requests at this time to add or remove things (can be done yourself). I have just themed the parts of the rom that I like themed, If I do more I will add it here.
I'm posting a dropbox link that contains he modded apks...it is not flashable, however grab the files with a root explorer program and add them to their perspective locations One By One (renaming original apk by adding .bak to the filename) and then copy over modded apk and set permissions. Some of the files may cause a soft reboot before you are able to set permissions....Just be sure to go back and set permissions after it reboots.
Once you have added the files the results will be like the screens below.....Enjoy and take a moment to head to thermax04's thread and hit his thanks button.......and hit mine too as it took a while to resize this for our phone.....enough blah blah....here's pics and link ENJOY
