Default [Q] Problem debugging on linux "no brand" phone device not detected

Hi I need some help.
I got a new phone I would like to use for debbuging however I can't seem to make it work properly.
The phone is one of these "Chinese" "no brand" phones.

This is how my Moto G8 that is working ok for debugging:
