please help me!! everytime i start phone or try to flash it, it always gives me this...

I really hate when someone ask for help, find solution and then just write "solved". Completely useless, better don't write anything.

I'm not admin but if I found solution I will let you know. Looks like that you need to repartition your internal memory or at least format partitions. Try to search about that.
