I have a US AT&T Note 3, I have followed this guide (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1856632), however on the AT&T Note 3 there's not FotaUpdate.apk. Is there another name for that file on an AT&T phone? I heard AT&T will come out with the KitKat update soon, I do not want to be automatically updated when that happens. Please help. Thanks.

You have to root and then use either Titanium to freeze AT&T software update, or all in one toolbox to delete AT&T software update.

Thanks. I have frozen AT&T software update with Titanium Backup. Hopefully my phone won't be updated.

Titanium Pro is the best way to go, and just freeze the apps, instead of uninstalling them. It makes it WAY easier when you want to OTA again. If I'm not mistaken, the OTA install looks for the "bloat" AT&T installs.
