Regarding the camera errors, I also had the hardest time getting this installed with the cameras working. I have had camera + Devil issues before, when the dual boot first came out, so I was happy to write it off as a "that doesn't work on my phone" kind of thing. However, I really wanted to try out the new file system, so I gave it a second try. I came to this rom from 4.1.2 stock rooted with the mk7 radio and cwm recovery. After full wipes of everything and following the ip instructions to the letter several times I was again cameraless. I redownloaded all my files and tried a second round without luck. What finally got me working cameras (yep, both of 'em) was this
1. Full wipe from cwm recovery(22.214.171.124) system, cache, data, internal sd, delvik - all of it.
2. Flash rom
3. Reboot (yes, without installing super su)
4. Fill in just enough blanks to get to the cameras. Take a picture or 3 from each camera(nothing scientific, its either going to work or throw errors at you)
5. Power off and reboot into recovery
6. Flash the super su (I had 1.93 on my card so thats what I used)
After making sure I had working cameras I rebooted, flashed the Devil recovery, rebooted into the new recovery, backed up onto the ext sd, formatted as per the ip, recovered the backup and I was good to go.
This is not a full list of steps, this is just how i deviated from the ip and got working cameras, you still need to have all your files ready to install on your ext sd ready to go and you still need to save everything you care about before you wipe.
I have no idea as to why this worked for me. I do know that if you dont wipe the delvik before trying to flash a different rom(mattlowreys swarm rom i believe) the camera error persists. I'm usually content to let those that know WAY more then I do post these kind of things, but since there only appears to be a few of us and I got something working on my phone, it seemed right to put it out there.
Hope this helps.
Oh, and for those that are wondering, the new file system rocks, it was totally worth the circus act I had to go thru to get this setup running. I
