I'm running CyanogenMod, 10.2.1 and it takes about 2 minutes to boot. When I was using stock firm, it only took about 30 seconds. What can I do to reduce the boot time? :/

You may use Autostart: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...tostarts&hl=en and see what occupies your boot. But 2min is way too long. On Slimrom, it takes me less than 20sec to start.

I had the same problem. Try moving apps from ext sd card to device sd card.
