I have Galaxy note 2 "N7100" with android version 4.1.2. whenever I check for update, I got a message that my phone is up to date.

Is that normal.

Any help please. BTW I am living in Egypt.

you might have to download Samsung Kies (From your computer, its officially from samsung) and use that to update your phone, and Android 4.3 is not kit kat, it still jelly bean i understand the installation of kies takes forever and is unbearable but the 4.3 update is worth it!

I don'f think there is one for Egypt yet... You can flash it manually with odin from another country, but it will be difficult to go back afterwards, because of Knox (if you still have a warrenty)
