Default [Q]update radio and firmware for ATT HTC One

Is it safe/OK to flash/update my radio and firmware?

My ATT HTC One get bootloader unlocked and customized recovery to CWM and then rooted. flashed with CM11 and I believe it is still S-on.

Radio4.4.2 ATT OTA/4.18.502.7) Radio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L

Firmwarelatest) ATT 4.4.2 OTA/4.18.502.7 Custom Firmware (Stock Boot.img and Stock Recovery removed)

With s-on you can only flash original signed firmware, such as the firmware.zip extracted from the OTA package.

After flashing signed firmware you will need to reflash the custom recovery and rom zip to restore the kernel.
