if anyone has problems setting up adb on their computer (windows 7 or 8) here is the solution. just install it via this program

not working
I got HOX and this dont work with me. The pc cant find ( locate ) the device. Any ideas ?

Install HTC Sync, it will install the drivers, then just uninstall HTC Sync.

Have you enabled adb? It always finds mine if i connect my phone
