Default Can I upgrade radio without updating?

Hello. I was wondering, since I'm rooted and s-off, whether I can take advantage of the newest radio without having to upgrade to it'd latest ota.

I initially took the KitKat ota when it rolled out, but to me, it broke a lot on the phone more than it created benefits, so I downgraded back to the very last ota before KitKat.

Can I take advantage of anything else the newest update brought to the phone, like the camera, if it's any better than it'd prior ones?
How would I go about updating the radio and other stuff if I can?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

If ur S-OFF, then you can update the radio, HBOOT version and the OS-main as shown in the bootloader. This can be done by updating the firmware of the phone as mentioned in this link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2485651

Post the output of ur getvar all. Then I'll be able to help u better

Radios only, flashable in any custom recovery. There are other radio threads too in the forums. Can flash radios in recovery on the One even if S-on
