Bad fro end users, good for Samsung, useless for business. Less covering rooted phones, even if root has nothing to do with the issue. BYOD Can't assume users have a Samsung product (even if they are the predominant player) and will have to use frameworks that are cross manufacturer compatible. Any business that standardized on Knox is locking themselves into a manufacturer that may not be the optimal choice in 10 years.
