People ask where they can download this application so I decided to publish the APK and point all curious to the source.

The CPUTableau application
---------------------------------------

Used to permanently show the CPU clock, temperature (Celsius only), active cores and from today the charging current if applicable (for Note2/Note2/S3/S4 only).

Tested with many different devices and ROMs:
- Motorola Atrix 4G (2.3.7, 4.0.4)
- Samsung Tab (2.3.6)
- HTC Evo 3D (4.0.4)
- HTC One X (don't remember)
- Nexus 4 (4.4.2)
- Nexus 7 (4.4.0)

- N7100 (4.1.2, 4.3, 4.4.2)
- S3 (4.1.1, 4.1.2)
- some others

(some ROMs require 'root' otherwise CPU cores activity is not shown)

The latest APK:
2.0.198:
CPUTableau.apk

Updated:
------------

2014-04-01: v2.0.198 (not Fool Day update!)

1. Major redesign
2. Smooth movements (Yes!)
3. Font resize available
4. Transparency level available
5. Various options (not too many?)
6. Fahrenheit/Celsius for your pleasure.

The source: https://github.com/sms2000/CPUTableau (yet not updated to 2.0.xxx)

Instructions:
---------------

1. Install the APK and run it.
2. Select first two check boxes.
3. Press 'OK'
4. Move the overlay any place you wish (see bug below)

The overlay is active all the time even when lock screen or full screen game run.

Known bugs:
-----------------

1. [FIXED, partially] When moving the overlay the redraw may be not as good as it was before.
Some undesired graphics effects happen. Self-fixed after the move finished.
In development.
