The 3 device limit is still there on all my dev accounts

I highly doubt the average user would have 30 phones to unlock so this is probably only true in special cases or for larger development teams. I used the Dream Spark method to register and was given 10. Most accounts receive only 3. I am not a developer nor do I claim to be. I only posted what was being reported at wmpoweruser via Daniel Gary's tweet.

Hmm, atm i unlocked 5 devices but on my account it shows me 3.

That is for a enterprise dev team no doubt about it.
