I need help moving some of my bigger obb files to my sdcard using an app or something else i dont care as long as i can do it on my device im on a galaxy s3 on virgin mobile running 4.3 jelly bean os

What about ES file Explorer? Use the "move to" option.

what do you want? emulate a bigger storage? if yes follow CNexus advice and use folder mount.
