May be this one help for you:

ROM Flashing
1.Obtain a ROM of your choice, and note the location on your computer.
2.reboot your device into fastboot mode.
3.Wipe your device:
fastboot -w
4.Update your ROM:
fastboot update </path/to/your/RomFile.zip>
5.Your phone will update and automatically reboot into the new ROM.

if this not working try this:
Use this command line : fastboot flash zip /path/to/your/RomFile.zip

Great work mfsr98!

Thanks for the help but i get this message

C:\adb>fastboot update IceBread-NAND-V0.2.zip
archive does not contain 'android-info.txt'
archive does not contain 'android-product.txt'
error: update package has no android-info.txt or android-product.txt

C:\adb>fastboot flash zip IceBread-NAND-V0.2.zip
sending 'zip' (69356 KB)...
OKAY [ 17.420s]
writing 'zip'...
FAILED (remote: unknown partition name)
finished. total time: 17.508s

also the same errors if i give the path c:/adb/xxxx.zip
I tried your rom v 0.2

i think update is the option to flash it to device but those android-info and product txt file so that fastboot nows where to flash.

Fagyi you're alive :D
TBH, I stopped caring a bit about this tool since it was pratically useless for now. I think it is fully working though. I'll see that...

On the PC-side, did you login with an account with Admin rights?

Normaly i should have them but i'll try at night and report back .

Later

i made an shortcut of cmd and run it as admin but same error. My account is also on admin.
A recovery with touch function that would be nice but kind of hard since this device is as good as dead. It help me a lot of times :'(

Hello everyone, I created a toolkit for the NAND ROMs on our devices. It's an alpha build still so I need testers. I will attach the files below from the toolkit.

There should be no harm by using this toolkit, but I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE ON YOUR DEVICE!
    How to use the toolkit:
    - Run the file bstoolkit for it to start;
    - The options in the menu are self-explainable.
    - To flash a kernel you want, put it on the "kernel" folder. To flash a recovery, put it on the recovery folder.

DO NOT RENAME ANY OF THE FILES IN THE TOOLKIT OR YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO USE IT!

Since this is just a test toolkit, I have put the recovery and kernels that you all use from the Blackstone on the toolkit, so the only thing you have to do is try all options for me and if everything works, everyone will be able to use the toolkit normally. BTW, the reboot function will not work (you know why).

    Download:

    v1.1: http://www.mediafire.com/?a4d06hrr6y1uaa6

    v1.0: http://www.mediafire.com/?rr47i1qb3yrqcre

    Changelog:
    v1.1:
-Bugs fixed, should be functional now.

    v1.0:
    - Initial release.

    GOOD LUCK!

    With good work! Ha.

N4 is ace. Love it. Best phone I've used so far. My Evo3D has replaced my Blackstone as my work mobile sadly!

We all gotta move on, right? :)

Haha cool Lothean, so I see you have a N4, how's that going? :) I have a GNex so it's the same experience :D (of course your phone has better specs but all ROMs are AOSP :)
