not entirely sure, but probably should be like /data/app

ls -l /data
drwxrwx--x system system 2014-03-16 21:49 app -> so the folder is system:system 771

and inside that the

ls -l /data/app

-rw-r--r-- system system 8014363 2014-03-15 15:21 com.pinterest-1.apk -> so the files are system:system 644
