[Q] Bootanimation help!

So, I got this boot animation which I love (both original and mine have links in description)

Works perfectly in my SIII Mini, but is too big for my Young. When I resized all pics to 320x480 and changed desc.txt to 320 480, it stopped working, giving a black screen...

Help... Please help me... I want this for 320x480...

Thanks, it does work, but sometimes lags, is there any way of fixing it?
