This is worst ROM to install. It destroys TWRP on installation...
After install the PC doesn't recognize it at fastboot device anymore.

N7 and N5 still working and as ADB the Xperia S is also working...but no fastboot so no changes to flash TWRP again.

Just because you wont read, doesnt mean it's the worst rom to install. The normal version doesnt have recovery, op said this, ofc it'll destroy any recovery you have. There is some way to install recovery to normal version, it's rather difficult but as long as you've flashed supersu after flashing the rom, you'll have recovery mode (read the threads)

the easier way is to install letama boot manager and flash the native or loop one. If you just want to use single rom, i suggest use the native. It will use the recovery from the boot manager just fine

Lastly, this rom wont do anything to fastboot mode. Maybe it's your pc. I can use fastboot mode just fine with this rom installed

I use it regularly with Sygic navigation.

I would like to try it, but first need a decent recovery, my dualboot always works only once.
Don't know where I'm going wrong, but I need a backup first before trying.
Did you perform a Antutu benchmark?
But I think its awfully quiet here, hope develloping is going on.
yeah gps working fine, only slow due to bad weather

the dual recovery works fine for me
dualboot did you mean boot manager?

well I really don't trust antutu or any benchmarking apps
I just use it and compare it in my daily use

quiet doesn't means bad actually, the rom itself very stable despite being called 'alpha', so no one complain (despite some people who doesn't read properly)
but yeah we will very happy if @billchen1977 back with some goodies

Does someone else have the problem, that sometimes when you try to unlock the screen, you have to press the power button more than once?
