What is the best way to transfer the most memory to S4 Active from any device?
Mine is Galaxy Grand

It depends on what you are trying to transfer. For wifi passwords, contacts, emails, hangouts, etc, that should all be saved to your Google account so when you log in to your account on your new phone it should automatically sync. For most everything else I would use Titanium Backup. If you're rooted you can backup and transfer your entire phone, if not you can still backup all your apps and data, but not the system information.

Do a search for Titanium Backup in the app store and visit the Titanium Backup homepage for more information on how to use it.
