I've tried too.. they said that they can't do anything with my phone as it wasn't bought here in Brazil. Nor even if I pay for the service!

Somehow, solved my problem... I bought this phone last year shortly after was launched by Samsung, imported, by R$1800 (about 782U$). The one sold by Samsung Brasil was R$2399 (1043U$). As they couldn't fix my phone, because it wasn't bought in Brazil, I just sold it's remains for R$600 (260U$). Well, I'm cannot see another samsung on a near future in my life. I bought a Moto G XT1033 and I'm very satisfied with it....
