Default [Q] updating problem GT-I9500

hey guyz my gf is using s4 from past year now, and it is still on android 4.2.2 (screen shot attached for details)

shes having problem of updating it to next versions of androids 4.3.x, 4.4.x

when we try to update from samsung update (setting-->about-->software updates) it shows up to date

when we try to install via kies it shows latest firmware installed.
what should we do now ,thanks in advance.

You have some options:
1. Flash a custom firmware through custom recovery.
2. Download the latest firmware and flash it through ODIN. For know what firmware is the best for you, conect it to Kies and tell me the 3 letters close to ur CSC

its just the update didt arrived for your country and there is 2 solutions :
1- wait till the update arrive
2- download & falsh the Update VIA Odin
if you flash it with odin nothing wrong will happen i just recommend you to backup everything
Device : GT-I9500
ROM(s) : Stock 4.4.2
CyanogenMod11
Crash Rom

you need to flash 4.3 then 4.4.2 Because of the bootloader
Device : GT-I9500
ROM(s) : Stock 4.4.2
CyanogenMod11
Crash Rom
