Follow this guide - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...25&postcount=1

Just rename the firmware.zip to firmwareMOD.zip in the command.

Summary :

1. adb reboot bootloader
2. fastboot reboot-bootloader
3. fastboot oem rebootRUU
4. fastboot flash zip firmwareMOD.zip
5. fastboot reboot

Suggest you to read the guide and really understand how to do it.

Sure can ...
Since it's going to be deodexed, might as well I make it pre-rooted with busybox and init.d support added.

EDIT : Link added

4.20.707.6_stock_deodexed.zip

Download : http://sourceforge.net/projects/htco...d.zip/download

NOTICE:This is not a flashable file, you need to install it using the official recovery

Here is the guide to instal the OTA file:

1. Copy OTA file to SDCARD
2. Boot to Stock recovery and once at the triangle, press volume up + power for about 3 seconds and then release, then you will need to wait for a few seconds to get the blue recovery menu. Then select ‘install from internal memory’ (or something like that) and find the file like you would in CWM
Update should install and your firmware and software should both match the version of the OTA Update.

Also a video to show you the whole process, HOWEVER, it is in Chinese, but it can still help you understand the method mentioned above.

Not so sure is S-On device need to manually flash the boot img.
No harm doing it, so give it a try.

Extract the boot.img
then do the fastboot flash boot boot.img
maybe also need fastboot erase cache after that command
