I noticed that I can't send texts over 160 characters in the stock messaging app but I can't seem to find the setting that allows me to change that

There has been a flaw in the ROM for the last few updates. First, go into TB and delete the mms.apk. Then you can either extract the 4.4.225 mms.apk. File found in system/priv-app/Mms.apk. and install it, or you can use the Baked one I use found here.... http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2536197

I usually usually flash this mms.apk for all my ROMs. It even has a few more options than BS. It might FC the first time you open it though.

I will look into the 160 limit on messaging. For those of you having camera issues still, you probably need to back things up and wipe your phone with a full wipe. This was a known cure a while back and will most likely fix any issues still.

Yeah I've tried multiple clean flashes but for some reason I always have issues with my camera on aosp. My hardware just doesn't seem to agree with it

Everything was perfect until today ? I can't seem to connect to data anymore. Yes clean flash

I've tried installing a stock 4.3 rom and updating prl/profile on there and still, can't get data back. Everything was perfect until today. Any ideas on what I can do to get my data back?

Update is flawless! Camera works great, like the new options, my bluetooth auto connected with my car, and even active display is working. Just curious, does anybody know why there is a question mark notificaion showing in active display? It does that in my Nexus 7 aswell.

I'm not sure why data would just drop. Was it after a reboot? Check the radio settings to make sure they haven't changed.

Everything is good now. Sprint had towers down, and the Rom refused to work on mg2 and mk3 modems, it only works with md4 when I previously ran it for almost a week on mg2

3/19 is running awesome on my d2spr with Lean Kernel. I have been using 3/19 for a day now and this is the best LTE signal I have ever had. I'm not getting the switching back and forth consistently from 3g to LTE like I got with other roms. Awesome job.

The only thing I have noticed is pocket mode doesn't work for me. I go into lockscreen/lockscreen notifications and select pocket mode and show always and red sensor will light up but when I put the phone in my pocket and pull it out the screen doesn't turn on.

Thank you for the awesome rom.

Great ROM. Smooth clean install. Been running for three days now and no problems at all. I'm new to aosp so can somebody kindly tell me how to take a screenshot or if its possible on this ROM. Did work on a third party app.

Hmm and you're coming to beanstalk right in the middle of me updating it. Lol well that just gives you reason to update to my latest if you like 4.4.270, once the new build in finished. :)

Also you can go to BeanStalk options/power menu and add it to the menu so all you have to do is hold the power button and hit screen shot.

BeanStalk-4.4.275

Untested & NOT in the OP yet! I've uploaded this HERE FOR NOW! until I have more time to edit my OP. I have a million things going on ATM so let me know how this update is? As the title states BeanStalk 4.4.270 and I have not been able to track down the message limit yet. I'm also working on a recovery for this as well. Enjoi!

Has anyone got Sprint voicemail to work? My wife has a business account and can't use Google Voice. The newest vvm apk installs but didn't pick up the messages.

I have just compiled this rom, Scott.hart.bti has done the real work here![/CENTER]
I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!

I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back.

    Installation.png

    • Make sure you are rooted with a custom recovery. The Latest TWRP or CWM should work fine.
    • Download both the BeanStalk build and the latest GAPPs package.
    • Boot into recovery
    • Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe /system and dalvik cache as a MUST!
    • Mounts & Storage - format system, data, & cache to ensure a clean install. Twice is not necessary but sometimes helps.
    • Flash BeanStalk build
    • Flash GAPPs package
    • Reboot===> Phone may Reboot once during initial boot, don't be alarmed just let it do its thing.
    • Camera is an issue as with most all of any 5.0 builds currently.

No Data on Latest 3/11 build

I think it just killed ALL of my sprint data/service ......
Going to flash a a TW room and reflash it.
UPDATE: flash TW and updated prl/profile. I had service and lte with the TW. Checked md5 sum, Wiped everything and reflashed BS. So... it looks like it took out my service and data. Sorry to say that. I was really looking forward to the update.

What's the latest? This has been my favorite rom so I decided instead of just looking at the forum I was going to ask what is going on. It almost seems like we have been abandonded:confused:

I wanted to tag you all so that you could be the first to know, BeanStalk 4.4.270 now LIVE in the OP!!! No changelog as of yet on Scotts website. Enjoy!!!! Also Dees_Troy has a new TWRP 2.7.0.0 out for those interested....
    11
This has not been abandon. The build I was gonna upload the other day broke on me. I'm still working on getting this pushed out there. Since the change with making the vendor files common, it's been giving everyone a bit of a fit.
