I'm bringing my GS4 to warranty and I've reset everything to default (I haven't got knox btw, removed root, reset binary counter etc) but my CSC is on BTU instead of ATO, and I'm wondering if this will somehow void my warranty, since the device was purchased in Austria, not the UK.

Okay would this work:
I've got 100% stock with wrong CSC.
1) root with cf auto root
2) change csc with csc changer
3) reset binary counter
4) remove root

Am I then back to 100% stock?
Can I just remove the root and be fine.

why go through that?
Just go to sammobile.com and then download ur country's 4.2.2 fw,flash it via Odin,u r done.
Remember, like when rooting, there's a chance of brick when flashing via Odin..

Nope.
1) root with cf auto root -> Warranty void (KNOX 0x1)
