@acadoid: Ok, I flashed the leaked Kitkat from here Stock LG Leaked Build KOT49I.V50018a + BusyBox + Root on XDA.

And then I worked 2 hours with LectureNotes , btw. I saw the ClipTray Box the first time in LectureNotes today as I copied text.
Saved, used DropSync and then rebooted. And no error this time

I denied the permission for the ClipTray with XPrivacy for LectureNotes, so I'm not sure if that was the solution or the Kitkat Update. I'm 80% sure it's the Kitkat Update.
But I will test the other option and report back.

Btw. does LectureNotes work with ART-Runtime?

@Wolkenstern: Thanks for the feedback.

I have not tried, but LectureNotes should run on ART. According to Google, ART is still an ongoing project and currently only experimental, and ART is not likely to replace Dalvik anytime soon.
