I'm Stuck stuck with HBoot 1.12.0000 and S-on.
The phone was on Optus Australia, it is bootloader unlocked and has TWRP recovery.

Stuck on CM9 due to the HBoot and I've googled every possibility to get S-on to s-off and HBoot changes.
Rumrunner ends telling me I need to download a different package.
H-Boot update tool fails.
Tried Firewater ( Can't get my head around the cmd prompts ) Windows CMD prompt tells me the dir doesnt exist.

Help needed.

Thanks in advance.

s-off is not available, but you can read the second post in this thread to upgrade your hboot (thanks to @Mr Hofs) then you can install newer roms
