Sounds like you need a reset as it does not seem to be booting properly....

What screen do you see on the CCast?

Are you powering the chromecast from the tv's USB? It's possible the voltage supplied from the TV is not compatible with the chromecast. Try the wall adapter that came with it.

Sent from my HTC One using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Try the manual setup from a browser on a device that has 2.4 GHz WiFi capability.

Yes I forget to mention this

I try to reset it on the physical button in the Chromecast...
But it didn't do anything I don't see reboot or red lights or anything.... It's stuck in the background picture

and what makes me angry, it keeps changing the background that's mean its working 😡😡😵😵

the picture that i see:

Maybe it's happened after some updates from Google but I don't know which one !!!

Try gently wiggling the button back and forth - some units have had "sticky" buttons, though in your case it sounds like maybe it's misaligned and not pushing the actual button.

You could try flicking the button with your finger too, but if you really can't reset it, probably best to get a replacement.
