I got mine last Friday. The pics don't do it justice. The bezel is way lower than the screen. Something most of the pics I've seen to show. I got an update yesterday to 1.56 software giving me ultra battery power saver and high performance mode.
It is bigger than the outgoing model but the design is beautiful and it runs nicely. Battery is still so so . SD card really isn't a problem. Every htc I've owned has given either free google drive or dropbox space but I guess if it's important to some then that's a good. Flexibility is the key. Screen is slightly different. I have the m7 and side by side there is a slight warmth to the whites on the m8. Still a nice screen. I'm happy with the upgrade.
