Cant send a text message! HELP ME!

Default Cant send a text message! HELP ME!

Hey guys so I flashed DN3 and I can't send an SMS. Although I can recieve SMS, I can Call, wifi and bluetooth is working fine.
I just cant send a message :/

Its just shows the circle thing that means loading. Now I tried Hangouts and its working. I CAN send sms using hangouts. But in normal messaging apps its not

are you using the Smileys if yes it will convert to MMS

so you will have to make sure you are using Android smiles by pressing Options and then select add smiley instead of directly selecting the smiley button.

Nope. Just pure text. Even a letter or number wont send
