If that don't work then make a ubuntu live CD and run fastboot from there.
Has I said. The RUU only partly worked.
If your bootloader is still unlocked, I suggest you flash hboot 1.44 and then upgrade a RUU from there. That is once you get fastboot working.
Also if you want the latest stock Rom then flash ARHD.
You will have to flash TWRP 3.6.3.3. or newer first.
