Default Phone auto booting into recovery.

Righty, An issue I am having is that after restoring a Nandroid backup of the rooted stock rom, my phone boots to the galaxy logo, then reboots into clockwork mod.... Any idea who to resolve this?

unfortunately I don't think it is related. I believe there is a problem with some partition on my device leading it to boot into recovery automatically.
