[Q] My HTC One is draining battery as fast as before.. help

Since i update my HTC One in kitkat firmware than i rooted it and install viper venom 5.7.0
I notice that the battery is going down as fast as before...how to fix it???
Is factory reset is solution of this problem???? And how to do factory reset??? If i go to fastboot and than factory reset or do it from setting????

First I would suggest give it shine cycles to settle down and next greenify apps u don't use often
