Nice one mate. tried it but mine still says " this build is for development purposes only do not distribute outside of htc without written permission. Failure to comply may lead to legal action"

I think you misunderstand. This kernel only allows you to be able to make changes to /system while booted into android. It does nothing more than that

Gonna need S-Off to be able to flash the modified firmware to do that I believe. Nothing to do with the kernel at all.
