Default [Q] Please help update rooted s3 to 4.3

Hello all. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me out. I bought the Samsung toolkit in August last year to root my Sprint s3. It worked great but now that 4.3 has come out, I don't know what to do since the developer never updated the software to 4.3. I only rooted the phone to get rid of shutter sound because my son hates getting his picture taken (now he has no idea it's happening LOL) but I would like the update, so what is the easiest way to accomplish 4.3? I don't need root so if I have to unroot so I can just accept the OTA that is fine. I honestly have no idea about any of this as the toolkit did all the work last time. I just know when I tried to accept the OTA... It took me to TWRP i believe. I also would like a factory reset since my phone is getting slow and email sync issues are happening. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Backup everything to your external sd or pc.
In TWRP go to Wipe and wipe Internal Storage, System and Data.

Flash mk3 modem and then the rooted or unrooted version of 4.3.

It will take forever to boot, because it's moving the files in / to /0, that's why is faster copying everything to sd or pc and wiping internal storage(won't be anything to move).

Then setup everything and copy back your files to internal storage.
