Default [Q] small apps problem after upgrading to kitkat (used NUTs tut)

Hi guys,

I just updated to kitkat using the tut provided by NUT (thanks NUT), but now that I'm on Kitkat, I noticed that i am unable to access small apps through the rectangle icon beside the home button.

Anyone else having this prob?
Thanks!

Btw, i verified that small apps is installed.

Go to Settings > Developer options, scroll down and Uncheck "Don't Keep Activities" and "Background process limit" set it up to "Standard Limit".
