[Q] Issues Resetting Samsung Galaxy Tab

I have forgotten the password to our Samsung Galaxy Tab -its been sitting in the data center for about a year, not being used. No one remembers the passcode.
I have done the following to perform a hard reset:
Powered the device off.
Held Power and Volume upuntill I get to the screen that says: Android System Recovery
I use the arrow down key to go to Wipe data/factory reset
There is a Droid with a exclamation mark in a triangle, at the bottom of the screen it says Manual Mode
Once I choose wipe data/factory reset I push the power button
Nothing happens, screen print attached.
Battery is fully charged.
Are we SOL with this thing?

You can try restocking your tab using Odin.
