snartwatch doesn't connect to any phone .why?

i did that Bluetooth cant detect the watch but it can detect other phones and headphones

Try to install smart connect from google play and remove Liveware manager from phone.

I just had this same problem. You are probably seeing dots.

Power the watch off. Then turn the watch back on holding the power button for a full 15 seconds. This will reset the watch. So it will show arrows then it is ready for pairing.
