Default [Q] Can't install zip in recovery

Hello,

I use Mackay ROM 1.7 ICS and I switched to Gear kernel like a week ago.
All was ok..

Today I decided to go back to Mackay kernel. So I rebooted to recovery, pressed "install file from zip", "Install zip from SD card" and it says "Can't mount /sd card" or something like that..
Both with the internal and external.

What can I do?

Stuck on Samsung logo? Why?
After flashing Gear kernel? or when?

Mine works just fine. The only problem is that I can't flash anything in recovery.

GearKernel is a Kernel I wouldn't suggest. It is a mess. Last time I flashed GearKernel, it ran fine, but when I switched, it wouldn't go beyond the Samsung Logo! I'm suggesting you flasha kernel via Odin or Re-flash the Original Samsung Firmware and Flash ICS.
