Are you talking about the wired Telegram,as far as I know they have stoped using it some decades ago..on this planet we use Internet presently..

Wow, people are actually using the Telegram app?

The one with such amazingly bad security holes it's laughable? I mean good on them for trying, but seesh, I'd trust WhatsApp over Telegram.

There is an app in Play Store that let you view and copy videos and all files received throw Telegram into your phone and open it whit Gallery or any application.

It is Telegram Video & Foto Save:

When u install "File Expert" App this app will add "Save to" plug-in to your players list when you want to play a video in Telegram u must choose "Save to" instead the player and Save the video in ur desired Folder

This new Telegram app is more Different from before and more secure for the record

Easiest way
Go to this Address in ur SDcard:
Code:
sdcard\Pictures\Telegram
and u'll find all videos that u downloaded...u can Move or Copy the Videos to everywhere u want
