I have not much experience flashing Rom with ZU so could i use flashtool to flash this ftf file directly? Or i have to relock bootloader then flash ftf file?

wait a minute....you can't run Cyanogen 11 because is not working with C6802....it gives bootloop. So how come you running Cyanogen Mod 11?

Thanks for your help.
My mistake, my c6802 is running AOSP Liquid Smooth 3.0 not CM11.
I will try cm11 right now.

I think I can't unlock the boot loader (service menu says: Bootloader unlock allowed: No), so it seems I'm stuck until someone finds a way to keep root with 681...
