Same here, i got an error that says, "error: device not found" when im trying to type 'adb shell'. Help anyone?

I had messed mine up so bad that I didn't have download mode and I had no ROMs to flash. But I bought an USB OTG and flashed a ROM via an USB drive.
Primary device: LG G2 (D802, International)

Did you install the driver's successfully? You need to complete step 1 first. You cannot use the original LG drivers, you have to reinstall the drivers while connected via ClockworkMod recovery (using PdaNet or Koush drivers). Once the driver's are successfully installed (ie Windows says the device is ready to use) you can then connect through ADB (while phone is connected in CWM).

For those who have similar issues, I did the below steps:
1. While connected to computer in CWM recovery, install the drivers via PdaNet (these replace any original LG drivers)

2. Connect to phone via ADB while still connected in CWM recovery (see below ADB download if you didn't already have it or forgot where it was)

3. While connected via ADB you can use the same method as in the below thread (use the first one).
