Is this working for you?

On mine, it stopped ringing and Only vibrates. Needless to say, this renders the function useless.

I've tried restarting both devices and verifying that the volumes are on and blocking mode is off.

But to no avail.

Could this be due to Null Rom?

Just recently I discovered that Find My Device no longer Rings on the Phone (Note 3)
It only Vibrates

It's not Null Rom's issue

I've tried the following:
Uninstalled Gear Manager 1.6x
Revert to Galaxy Gear NA6 Stock ROM
Reinstalled Gear Manager 1.6x
Turning up Volume
Changing Ring Tone
